A Classic Wedding at Greenacres Foundation

Danyel and Adam had a beautiful, classic wedding at Greenacres Foundation. From the long isle lined with floral arrangements to the gorgeous hanging 8×8 foot floral installation, everything fit into place. The Chuppah was adorned in a mix of white roses and orchids, green foliages with pops of dried elements.   Danyel’s bouquet was a hand tied bouquet of mixed white garden roses, white Playa blanca roses and white orchids.  Every part of the day was full of white and ivory tones. Danyel loved monochromatic white look with the pop of wooden elements to help keep everything flowing. There were many focal points seen throughout the reception, from flowers hanging from the tent to their Photo Booth backdrop consisting of a green boxwood hedge with their name in script and of course more white and ivory florals. No detail was left out in the execution of this beautiful day! We love to see a classic wedding with classic colors. Congratulations to you both! Patterson Homestead

What a summer 2017 has been.  We have been so thrilled to see so many wonderful people tie the knot.  This beautiful wedding took place at Patterson Homestead in Dayton, Ohio.  The bride and groom choose beautiful bright summer colors accented by succulents. The bridesmaids wore seafoam green long dresses and carried beautiful coral charm peonies, blush stock and coral berries with touches of dusty miller greenery. The groom and his groomsmen wore grey suits accented by navy ties. The bouquets were filled with shades of orange, coral, blush, mint green, grey and cream.  Hydrangeas made up the base with stock, peonies, ranunculus, hypericum berries and ranunculus. The ceremony pergola at Patterson Homestead was draped with greenery garlands and fabric swaging. Photo credit to Anna Markley Photography

Classic Blush and Ivory

2016’s trend of blush and ivory wedding flowers is still strong into the 2017 wedding year.  Ohio brides are splitting the trends between the classic floral designs and the loose, organic greenery look.  The greenery look can be described as “lush, bushy and wild.”  But this bride chose beautiful clustered blooms of blush and ivory roses, garden roses and spray roses for her bridal bouquet.  The stems of the bouquet were adorned in wrapped ivory pearls. Thank you Mark Garber Photography for capturing these floral details.
