A Showcase of Love at the Westin in Cincinnati

Angie and Nick’s wedding day was a beautiful showcase of their love for each other. Their wedding took place at The Westin in Cincinatti, Ohio and their reception at The View, in Mt. Adams. The Mundap was gorgeously decorated in peach, light pink and white flowers with touches of greenery. The Italian Ruscus greenery decorated the upright poles of the Mundap. The hanging bells added a touch of gold to help tie in the chairs. The carnation garlands were strung behind, adding to this gorgeous backdrop. On the gold chairs were the bride and groom’s garland/lays which they wore during the ceremony. On the edge of the stage were beautiful floating candles in large glass vases as well as gold compote/footed bowls with floating candles. The bridesmaid bouquets were also a combination of the brides favorite flowers. All of these beautiful colors, pinks, green, and reds truly helped show the love the bride and groom have for each other. Congratulations Angie and Nick on your gorgeous day and for letting us help showcase your love!   Florals by Floral V Designs  Bells and Chair rentals by Unlimited Events Ceremony Venue at The Westin in Cincinnati Planning by I-Do Weddings & Events Photography by Amanda Donaho

Meredith, David, & Lox at Canopy Creek Farm

Meredith and David were able to focus on their love under a beautiful wooden arch adorned with fall-colored florals and pampas grass, at Canopy Creek Farm. Their love was shared by their family and friends; but the special guest was their dog, Lox. Lox was able to celebrate the fall colors by having his collar adorned in flowers of his own!  Their centerpieces were lovely short pieces which matched the ones on the cake. Who doesn’t love a pop of color as seasons change at a beautiful barn venue? Photography by Brook Townsend Photography Venue: Canopy Creek Farm         Each photo is able to showcase Meredith and David’s special day and shows off their beautiful flowers throughout their special day. Shown are how we are able to incorporate flowers on a ceremony arch, a cake, through centerpieces in a variety of ways, and even with a beloved pet. Each way is just another unique way in which a couple can show their love throughout their big day.

Nicole & Ian: Fall Colors at Mojave East, Cincinnati Ohio

The fall colors at this glamorous industrial venue were able to create the perfect backdrop for a gorgeous couple! Nicole and Ian held their fall wedding at Mojave East, which added to their spectacular color scheme. The bride’s beautiful bouquet featured dusty pinks and purples, surrounded by creams and greenery. The bridesmaids bouquets also featured these colors. This fall color scheme was seen throughout their entire big day, from bouquets, drink koozies, and centerpieces. The industrial venue created the perfect compliment and helped tie their color palate together perfectly. By adding a touch of metal from the chairs to help tie in the gold votives on each of their tables. Three different centerpieces adorned the tables at the reception, each one adding more details to this flawless day. The floating candles of various heights truly were able to add a romantic feel to the industrial reception space, helping to warm it up. Fall colors at a glamorous industrial venue such as Mojave East will always be a crowd pleaser.  Every delicate touch added to Nicole and Ian’s special day created memories that will last them a lifetime! In season flowers

Using in season summer flowers is a great way to guarantee perfection in your floral product. This bridal bouquet consisted of dahlias, garden roses, stock, freesias, lisianthus, white solidago and ranuculas. All of these flowers are available from summer to fall. Of course you can get them most times of year, but the cost will be greater and the quality won’t be as good.

Tulips

The Tulip, is typically associated with perfect love and modesty. Tulips are one of springs most popular flower; known for their long sturdy stems and smaller cup shaped bloom. Thousands of years ago, Tulips originated from Turkey and Persia; then they were introduced to Europe in the 17th century.  It started “Tulipmaina,” especially in the Netherlands. Now today, each individual Tulip has its own meaning. Red Tulips declare true love & fame and fortune where as pink tulips show happiness and confidence.  The yellow Tulip represents cheerfulness and sunshine and the white Tulip shows forgiveness and worth.
